Gift Shop Gifts is located in the heart of downtown Ephraim. The population of Ephraim is 3,000 and maybe a little bit more. Ephraim is also hometown of the infamous Snow College Badgers. Snow College has a population of a little more than 3,000 hard working college students. Students come from all over the world to study at our nice little college. From the end of September to the end of April the population in Ephraim is doubled with all those college kids. When the college is in session the town is overcrowded. The town council decided they better put in a stop light. Now we don’t have so much traffic congestion. So, now Ephraim has one stop light, and the only stop light in the whole of Sanpete County, Utah.
Gift Shop Gifts is located in the storefront of Gandolfo’s New York Style Deli located at 9 North Main, Ephraim, Utah 84627. If you’re out in Utah and want a lot of excitement and fun, well, don’t come to Ephraim. But if you like the country peace and quiet, and lots of turkeys, come to Ephraim. Yes, I said turkeys. Sanpete is the home of Norbest Turkey Farms, one of the largest turkey growers in the U.S.
Well, back to Gift Shop Gifts. The owners of Gift Shop Gifts are Chris and Susan Williams. We are also the owners of Gandolfo’s Deli. We moved to Ephraim about 15 years ago from Salt Lake City. Our gift shop is loaded with a wide variety of fun and unusual gifts. We have something for everyone in the family. Everything from “soup to nuts” as grandma used to say. Most of our customers want to trade a chicken or a bale of hay for our fine gifts, but things have changed these days and that’s just not practical.
Susan and I decided we needed to expand our customer base. So, we found us someone with some schooling and they built us this here website. Nice, isn’t it?
